Keiki Urgent Care is designed to meet the unique needs of infants, children, and adolescents. Now seeing patients in Honolulu for in-person and telehealth visits.

Keiki Urgent Care is Hawai’i’s only urgent care dedicated to caring for pediatric patients.
We serve as a bridge of care for community pediatricians and their patients, providing exceptional after-hours and weekend medical care when most offices are closed.
Schedule a Visit
To minimize your wait time, please make an appointment. We do accept walk-in visits. However, priority will be given to patients with appointments.

Otherwise, if you think that you may require medical attention, please call your pediatrician or go to the nearest emergency room.
In-Person Visits

Telehealth Visits
For your convenience, our providers offer telehealth visits when our office is closed. Telehealth hours are limited and variable; please check the appointment schedule for details.

Imaging & Labs
- We DO NOT have imaging (x-ray, CT scan, MRI) capability.
- Lab testing within the office is limited to point-of-care testing labs (urine dipsticks, rapid strep testing, COVID, flu, RSV, glucose).
- Patients can be referred to nearby labs for more comprehensive lab testing if warranted. Please be aware that the turn around times for outpatient laboratory testing are variable and labs may not result in a timely manner.
- If you feel that your child requires imaging or more extensive laboratory testing, please present to KMCWC ER.

- If you have any questions about the plans we accept, please call our office. If your insurance coverage has not been verified at the time of check-in, an out-of-pocket fee will be collected. This fee will be reimbursed once your insurance coverage is confirmed.

Your Responsibilities
- To know the limits and coverage of your health insurance policy.
- To pay any copayments or deductibles at the time of service.
- To show your child’s current insurance card and your photo ID at each visit.
- To provide current address, phone numbers, and insurance information to our office.
